Fresh listings
As a BPL customer you can have as many photos and as much text as you like, more photos will give your property the best chance of being sold or rented. We also offer infinite listing updates. We do not place ANY limits on how you wish to list your property. We also think it makes sense to keep the listings as fresh as possible. So you can update the details anytime you want. Fresh listings sell property.

Traffic?
Our main site is where most of the action is. This is where we average about 10,000 unique visitors per month, but we also get a lot of traffic on our Facebook page and Twitter feed. We recommend that you and your friends like our Facebook fan page to further promote your listing and be kept up to date.

Stats
Every paying customer now receives a detailed PDF every month showing them exactly how many visitors they received. It also describes how many enquiries the listing(s) generated.

Listing standards
We strive for the utmost quality in our listings. Sub-standard listing content will not be posted on BPL. Of course, we will always work with you to ensure your real estate listings meet our standards.
